We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of Africa Village Microfinance’s (AVMF) 28th Annual General Meeting, held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Inter Luxury Hotel in Addis Ababa. - Commitment to Shareholder Value: Following a detailed discussion, a decision on the annual profit distribution was made, ensuring our shareholders are rewarded for their continued trust and investment in our vision.
- Strengthening Governance for the Future: In a forward-looking move, the assembly approved the service fee for the external auditor and the remuneration for the Board of Directors for the upcoming 2025/26 fiscal year. These steps are crucial to maintaining our high standards of transparency and corporate governance.

ድርጅታችን አፍሪካ ቪሌጅ ማይክሮፋይናንስ አ.ማ 28ኛ የባለአክሲዮን መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን በታላቅ ስኬት አካሄደ ።
ክቡራን ባለአክሲዮኖች፣ ደንበኞች እና አጋሮቻችን
የአፍሪካ ቪሌጅ ማይክሮፋይናንስ (AVMF) 28ኛው መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ሐሙስ፣ ህዳር 4 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በአዲስ አበባ Inter Luxury Hotel ሆቴል በታላቅ ስኬት ማካሔዱን ስናበስር በታላቅ ኩራት እና ደስታ ነው። ጉባኤው ፍሬያማ በሆኑ ውይይቶች፣ በጸደቁ ስልታዊ ውሳኔዎች እና ለመጪው ጉዞ በታየው የጋራ ብሩህ ተስፋ የተሞላ ነበር።
ይህ ጉባኤ የተከበራችሁ ባለአክሲዮኖቻችንን በአንድ ላይ በማሰባሰብ፣ ስኬት የታየበትን ዓመት ለመገምገም እና ይበልጥ ብልጽግና ለተሞላበት ነገ ጠንካራ አቅጣጫ ለማስቀመጥ አስችሎናል። በስብሰባው ላይ የታየው የትብብር እና የጋራ ዓላማ መንፈስ፣ AVMF የተገነባበትን ጽኑ መሰረት በድጋሚ ያረጋገጠ ነበር።
የጉባኤው ቁልፍ ውጤቶች እና ውሳኔዎች:
ጉባኤው እጅግ ውጤታማ የነበረ ሲሆን፣ ሁሉም የአጀንዳ ነጥቦች ላይ ጥልቅ ውይይት ተደርጎ ቁልፍ ውሳኔዎች በአንድነት ስሜት ጸድቀዋል። ዋና ዋና ውጤቶቹም የሚከተሉት ናቸው፦
- ጠንካራ የፋይናንስ አፈጻጸም ሁኔታ: የ2024/25 የበጀት ዓመት የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ እና የውጭ ኦዲተሮች ሪፖርት ለጉባኤው ቀርቦ ሙሉ በሙሉ ጸድቋል። ይህ ውጤት ጠንካራ የዕድገት፣ ጥንቁቅ የፋይናንስ አስተዳደር እና የሥራ ክፍሎችን ጽኑ ቁርጠኝነት የሚያሳይ ነበር።
- ለባለአክሲዮኖች የተሰጠ ዋጋ: በዓመታዊ የትርፍ ክፍፍል ላይ ዝርዝር ውይይት ከተደረገ በኋላ፣ ባለአክሲዮኖቻችን የድርጅቱን ፈጣን የእድገት ግስጋሴ ለማስቀጠል ላሳዩት የላቀ እምነት እና ላደረጉት ኢንቨስትመንት የተሸለ ዋጋ የሚያገኙበት ውሳኔ ተላልፏል።
- ለወደፊቱ የተጠናከረ አስተዳደርን ታሳቢ ባደረገ መልኩ፣ ጉባኤው ለመጪው 2025/26 የበጀት ዓመት የውጭ ኦዲተር የአገልግሎት ክፍያን እና የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ አበልን አጽድቋል። እነዚህ እርምጃዎች ከፍተኛውን የግልጽነት እና የድርጅት አስተዳደር ደረጃችንን ለማስጠበቅ ወሳኝ ሚና እንዳላቸው ታምኖዋል።
- ለቀጣይ ዕድገት የተቀመጠ ራዕይ: ጉባኤው ያለፈውን መገምገም ብቻ ሳይሆን የወደፊቱን እቅዶች በብሩህ ተስፋ የተቀበለበት ነበር። የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ተደራሽነታችንን በማስፋት፣ አገልግሎታችንን በማዘመን እንዲሁም በመላው ኢትዮጵያ ሴቶችን እና ወጣቶችን የማብቃት ተልዕኳችንን በማስቀጠል ላይ ያተኮሩ ስልታዊ እቅዶችን በመደገፍ ውሳኔ አስተላልፎዋል።
ልባዊ ምስጋና
በአካልም ሆነ በተወካዮቻችሁ አማካኝነት ለተገኛችሁ ባለአክሲዮኖች በሙሉ ቦርዱ ከልብ የመነጨ ምስጋናችንን እናቀርባለን። የእናንተ ንቁ ተሳትፎ፣ ጥልቅ ጥያቄዎች እና የማያወላውል ድጋፍ የአክሲዮን ማህበሩ የስኬት መሰረት ነው። የናንተ እምነት እና ጥንካሬ በአፍሪካ ቀዳሚ የሴቶች እና ወጣቶች የፋይናንስ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ተቋም ለመሆን ለሰነድነው ግብ መሳካት ትልቅ ግብዓት ነው ብለን እናምናለን፡፡
ባሳካነው ስኬት ከመቼውም ጊዜ በላይ መነሳሳትን አግኝተናል። በጋራ በመሆን፣ ፈጠራን ማስቀጠል፣ ማህበረሰባችንን ማገልገል እና የፋይናንስ ህልሞችን ወደ እውነታ መቀየር ላይ ተግተን እንሰራለን።
